Who We Are at UCIT Cleaning
Keith our founding Technician
founding the business in 2015 UCIT Cleaning, Keith has worked many hours to deliver the best result and find the best team to service your home and office. After having worked in one of the bigger companies prior he was taught many techniques that have given a unique skill level that only come with years of experience. He also has 15 years of hospitality experience to use to understand what needs are most important to you.
Our Team
At the moment, UCIT Cleaning is operated by me, Keith — and every clean reflects the standards I expect my future team to uphold. As the business grows, I’m building UCIT around five core areas that define how we work and the level of service clients can rely on.
1. Continuous Mastery I’m committed to ongoing training, better techniques, and smarter systems. Every job is an opportunity to refine the craft and raise the standard.
2. Health Mastery Your home or workplace should support wellbeing. I focus on safe products, healthy processes, and cleaning methods that protect the people who use the space.
3. Clockwork Operations Reliability is non‑negotiable. From communication to arrival times to job completion, the goal is a smooth, predictable, professional experience every time.
4. Professional Presence How we show up matters. Clean equipment, clear communication, and pride in presentation are part of the service — not an optional extra.
5. Total Clarity No confusion, no guesswork. Clear expectations, clear pricing, clear processes. You always know what’s happening and why.
Our Story
Founded in 2015, UCIT Cleaning has grown from a small carpet cleaning operation into a trusted, well‑equipped cleaning company capable of handling everything from the smallest details to the biggest commercial tasks. Over the years, we’ve focused on delivering clean, healthy spaces that support the wellbeing of the people who use them.
We’re committed to building a company that’s part of the community we serve. As a long‑term local business, we believe in giving back — whether that’s supporting rural fire brigades, contributing to community fundraisers, or providing vouchers to local sports groups.
UCIT Cleaning proudly partners with a wide range of clients, including real estate agencies, other cleaning companies, and workplaces just like yours. Our goal is simple: to create cleaner, healthier environments for every person who walks through your doors.
