These terms and conditions outline the responsibilities and obligations between UCIT Cleaning and customers engaging its services. By agreeing to use UCIT Cleaning’s services, customers accept the entirety of this agreement.
UCIT Cleaning directly provides cleaning services with a trained team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality results. The description, delivery, and performance of services are managed by UCIT Cleaning’s staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
UCIT Cleaning ensures all services are performed in a professional manner, with warranties of quality aligned with customer expectations. Non-excludable statutory conditions apply.
UCIT Cleaning actively mediates disputes between customers and its team to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
· Customers must notify UCIT Cleaning of any required changes to booked services prior to the agreed service time.
· Requests for additional services during the scheduled appointment must be communicated directly to UCIT Cleaning. Staff members are not authorized to approve service changes independently.
· If UCIT Cleaning arrives at a job site and the services are no longer required without providing 24 hours' notice, a $90 call-out fee will be charged at UCIT Cleaning’s discretion.
UCIT Cleaning provides both domestic and commercial cleaning services tailored to customer needs, with duties outlined at the time of booking. Services occur at mutually agreed times and locations.
UCIT Cleaning’s team adheres to service agreements and performs duties professionally to ensure high standards of cleaning. Customers are responsible for making payments before the commencement of services, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by non-excludable conditions.
Any alterations to agreed services must involve prior consent from UCIT Cleaning. Customers must provide sufficient notice for cancellations or changes, or additional fees, such as the call-out fee, may apply.
Customers agree to provide a safe workspace, unimpeded access, and necessary utilities for cleaners. They must secure fragile or valuable items and address any potential hazards at the premises prior to service commencement.
UCIT Cleaning ensures safety measures are followed, including job safety analyses for its staff. Customers are strictly prohibited from directly hiring UCIT Cleaning staff during or after the service period without prior permission, as this may result in penalties.
Prices quoted by UCIT Cleaning are estimates and may vary upon inspection. Customers must inform UCIT Cleaning if services involve end-of-tenancy cleaning during the quotation process.

Payments must be settled upfront, and customers can choose EFT, cash, or credit card options. All one-off job payments must be finalized before or on the day of service.
Bank transfer payments are reserved for regular clients and due on a weekly or monthly basis depending on service provided at UCIT Cleaning discretion.
Should customers find services unsatisfactory, they must inform UCIT Cleaning within 48 hours of service completion. UCIT Cleaning aims to resolve issues promptly and may offer remedies such as partial refunds or service re-supply.
UCIT Cleaning is not responsible for damages arising from customer-provided cleaning materials or equipment, unforeseeable events, or pre-existing issues at the premises. Results may vary depending on the cleaning requirements and conditions of the site.
Customers indemnify UCIT Cleaning against losses or liabilities stemming from service provision, including legal costs for disputes or debt recovery.
Incidents involving accidents or damages must be reported within 24 hours post-service for compensation considerations. Certain categories of loss, such as cash or antiques, are excluded from UCIT Cleaning’s liability.
Customers failing to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or access to premises will be charged a fee equivalent to minimum call out where UCIT Cleaning deems appropriate .
Free revisits are offered for bond cleaning customers under specific conditions. Additional visits may incur charges depending on the circumstances surrounding service dissatisfaction.
Customers may terminate service agreements with 24 hours' notice, while UCIT Cleaning retains the right to cancel agreements for breaches deemed unresolvable.
Customers' personal information is safeguarded and only used for service provision unless required by law.
UCIT Cleaning reserves the right to amend terms, with updates taking effect within 24 hours of publication on its website.
This agreement is governed by Australian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of ACT courts.
